Called Rapid Response in the morning because my A/C unit that was 10 years old finally quit working. They were able to come out that afternoon and run through all my options on what would be best for my property. They were very timely and were able to replace my A/C unit in just a few days. Their pricing was lower than the other companies that I talked to and they helped inform me on how often to do preventative maintenance which was a great help since this was my first property.

I had a serviceman by the name of Dominic come by to diagnose my systems. He found my problems & explained to me the issues. He was a man of truth so I was sold on doing business with Rapid Response from the first encounter. The installers who came, were phenomenal. Neither one took a break to my surprise and they both finished the job with no issues or complaints.
